Tom Hoshall is a partner in SEF and serves as the Project Manager for the Land Surveying section of the business.

Mr. Hoshall has an AA in Forest Technology and is a Licensed Oregon Land Surveyor and Certified Water Rights Examiner with 30 years of experience. Tom’s participation in projects will be with the GPS data collection process depending on the scope of specific projects. These activities will be limited in scope but critical for proper quality control for establishing the location data. Tom has extensive experience in property location using aerial photographs, maps and electronic data gathering techniques.

Dennis Goude has an A.S. in Forestry from Southwestern Oregon Community College and has been employed at SEF since 1993.  Specific activities include all aspects related to property location, wetland inventory and delineation and the preparation of mitigation plans and monitoring of those plans to ensure success. These activities include the use of aerial photographs, pertinent maps, application of field data collection techniques, sample analysis and preparation of maps and reports. Dennis' experience include knowledge of pertinent wetland delineation rules, regulations and guidelines.
